Take something that every kid loves and turn it into something new, fun and exciting! Pick and choose your crayon colors and create your own fun chunky crayon round with all sorts of colors all in one place! This is a great Easter activity you can do with your kids or surprise them with one in their Easter Basket!
- Gather up all the broken crayons laying around the house and peel them – My 4 year old seems to do this anyways, for some reason kids love that part!
- Break the crayons up and put them in a cupcake pan. You could put light colors in one and darker in another or you could put lighter colors on the left and darker colors on the right.
- Melt in the oven for 20 mins at 150 degrees – time could vary depending on your pan and how many crayons you have. Just make sure its melted.
- Let crayons cool and harden completely and they will pop right out of the cupcake tin.
Wala they are done!
