This recipe is great for those nights where everyone is hungry and its 6:00pm and you have no plans or food preps done! (Seems like my every night) It’s one of those comfort food dishes that everyone loves and this particular recipe is healthy and you can throw it together fast! We use brown rice pasta and it literally tastes and has the texture of regular white flour pasta! The base of the sauce is my homemade cream of chicken/mushroom recipe. Its WAY healthier and WAY yummier (is that a word?)!

- Brown Rice Pasta
- Turkey Burger or Lean Ground Beef
- Butter
- Flour
- Milk (any kind)
- Onion Powder
- Better than Bouillon- Beef
- Worcestershire Sauce
- Cooked Quinoa - optional
- Boil Noodles
- Cook 1lb Turkey Burger/Ground Beef and add ½ c. to 1 c. cooked quinoa
- In a separate pan make sauce - I like to double the recipe below:
- Wisk together: 2 Tbl Butter
- Add 2 Tbl Flour (any kind)
- Add ¾ c. Milk
- Add ¼ tsp. Onion Powder
- Add 1 tsp Better than Bouillon- Beef. Cook on medium until sauce thickens and stir regularly
- Add Worcestershire sauce to taste (2 tsp-ish)
- Add meat to sauce, serve over hot noodles and top with sour cream
