For easy operation, loosen the clamping handle on the Flip Foot Slider, slide the fixed foot to the desired cut length, move the material against the flip foot, and cut. After cutting, flip the foot out of the way for easy loading and unloading stock without changing the measurement.

Order a Flip Foot Slider as a replacement part in the shop. In addition to a replacement part, users often add multiple Flip Foot Sliders to Saw Measuring Systems to create stops along a cutting path.

Sometimes, a complete Saw Measuring System is not required. When measuring is not necessary, choose a Fence Rail Kit. The kit consists of an aluminum extrusion rail and the hardware needed for attachment to the Saw Extension Table.

If all measuring is required on one side of the saw only, order a Saw Measuring System for the measurement side and a Fence Rail for the other side. The rail acts as a fence and keeps the material on the table. The rail also helps square material with the blade.

Fence Rails are available in 4′, 6′, and 8′ sections. Customers can order the 8′ Fence Rail Kit as one 8′ rail or two 4′ rails as a “cut and boxed” option.  Additionally, the cut and boxed option allows for more cost-effective UPS shipments.

Streamline your cutting process with the addition of a Flip Foot Saw Measuring System. Loosen the clamping handle, slide the foot to the desired cut length, move the material up against the flip foot, and cut. After cutting, flip the foot out of the way and remove the stock.

Sometimes cutting applications are a little too close to the blade. A longer flip foot is available upon request.

Choose Fixed Foot Saw Measuring Systems for Repeated Accuracy

Fixed Foot Saw Measuring Systems consist of an extruded and machined block assembly. A laser-cut, 1/4” formed steel bracket ties into the back of the extrusion rail to keep the assembly rigid. The bracket allows the foot to slide back and forth on the extrusion rail.

Using a Fixed Foot Saw Measuring System is easy. Simply loosen the clamping handle, slide the fixed foot to the desired cut length, move the material up against the fixed foot, and cut. A fixed foot is perfect when making repeatable cuts of the same size. Customers can order the fixed foot in a longer length if smaller pieces are needed. The longer foot allows further reach into a cutting application.

Are you cutting multiple pieces at a time? Try our new Gang Stop Kit. The Gang Stop attaches to the fixed foot of the measuring system and stretches out from the aluminum extrusion. When using the Gang Stop, lay multiple wood pieces next to each other. Then cut them simultaneously at a 90-degree angle.

Gang Stops are available in 6″, 12″, and 19″ lengths.
