When was the last time you did something for you? When was the last time you told someone else…. “No”, so you could take care of yourself? If you are like most woman, it’s probably been quit a while and when you did, you felt guilty! Am I right?

I have worked with woman that when given a challenge to choose 3 things that fill their bucket, seriously could NOT do it. They really had never set time aside for themselves and didn’t know to or where to start. So how do you it?
1. Make the decision, that this IS happening and you are gonna take care of you!
2. Think of 3 things that rejuvenate you, and fill your cup. DO NOT think about the how (how am I going to make this happen). Right now just come up with the 3 things. You might have to try them to know if they fill your cup if your cup has been empty dry and cracking for some time.

Reading uplifting books
Doing your nails, hair etc Taking care of your physical body
Solo time – this is where I sit in my comfy chair and be still. Meditate, pray, connect with God
