Description
Pneumatic Clamping System Options
- Two Front Pushing Clamps – This system holds material back against the fence. The cylinders are mounted on adjustable slide carriages with a locking handle. Adjust the clamping system to fit various material widths. Two Front Pushing Clamps work effectively with squared material, such as dimensional lumber and aluminum or steel box tubing.
- Two Over Center Clamps with Two Front Pushing Clamps – Combine two over center clamps with two front pushing clamps to make a four clamp system. The four clamps work together to hold the material down against the table and back against the fence. Timing is important. Material is pushed square against the fence before the over center clamps push the material down against the table. The four clamp system is ideal for irregularly shaped material.
- Overarm Clamps – Take advantage of overarm clamps when cutting multiple pieces. Two front pushing clamps square the material against the fence. Then the overarm clamp with an attached bar comes down to secure the pieces. This system has clamps on both sides of the blade. Cut small pieces along the entire depth of the table when using overarm clamps.
- Beam Saw Clamps – Outfit a Beam Saw with a specialized six clamp system. Two pneumatic clamps push towards the fence and four pneumatic clamps push down on the material.
