What Is A Saw Extension Table?
A 22″ Wide Saw Roller Extension Table is a table that connects to a saw or other piece of equipment to extend the material handling potential. Original Saw Company manufactures Saw Extension Tables to pair perfectly with Miter Saw Stands, Radial Arm Saws, Crosscut Power Saws, and Beam Saws. These industrial-grade tables are a particularly formidable, sturdy addition to a work area.
Original Saw makes Saw Extension Tables that are stationary. Set it up once in your shop for all your cutting needs.
Who Uses Saw Roller Extension Tables?
Customers use Saw Roller Extension Tables in a wide variety of settings. If you have been to your local Home Depot to cut some boards, you will notice an Original Saw Company radial arm saw. Employees use this saw to custom cut lumber in most stores. Attached to the saws are 8’ Saw Roller Extension Tables to make material handling easier.
School industrial arts programs, carpentry shops, cabinet shops, home hobby shops, lumber yards, manufacturing plants, wood shops, crating departments, pipe fitting factories, furniture manufacturing companies, sign companies, aluminum commercial storefront manufacturers, and many more settings use Saw Roller Extension Tables.
Zinc or Orange Urethane Coated?
Saw Roller Extension Tables allow material to reach the saw blade by gliding over rollers.
Original Saw Company recommends orange urethane-coated steel rollers when cutting material with a delicate finish. A UHMW sleeve outfits these rollers to reduce the risk of marring.
Both zinc and orange urethane rollers are available with rollers spaced 6” or 12” apart. Choose a 6″ spread if the material being cut is a smaller size.
Original Saw Company’s roller tables are available in two widths. 14” wide tables pair well with Miter Saw Stands, and 22” wide tables join with Radial Arm Saws, Crosscut Power Saws, and Beam Saws.
22″ Wide Saw Roller Extension Tables – Providing Industrial Support for Years
Saw Roller Extension Tables have been in production since Original Saw Company bought the DeWalt radial arm saw product line in 1990.
The United States suffered an economic downturn in 2008-2009. Consequently, Original Saw Company redesigned and expanded its accessory line in 2010. Afterwards, budget cuts forced schools and industrial companies to re-evaluate their needs and spending. Not all companies could make the jump to a radial arm saw and frequently utilized miter saws. While working with its customers, Original Saw realized a need in the market for an industrial-grade Miter Saw Stand.
Roller Extension Tables Provide a New Level of Industrial Material Handling
At that point, Original Saw Company’s accessory line only included Saw Roller Extension Tables. The company redesigned the Saw Roller Extension Tables to feature bolt-together construction and larger, more rigid legs. Not only did this improvement increase the table’s stability, but it also made it easier to ship to customers.
Original Saw Company added Miter Saw Stands, Flat Saw Extension Tables, and Saw Measuring Systems to the accessory line, consequently creating a complete wood cutting station option. Today, many 22″ wide Saw Roller Extension Tables are purchased with Radial Arm Saws, Miter Saw Stands, and Beam Saws.
